Evaporation - This is the process of water converting to vapor.  Our specialists use extraction equipment to remove standing water. We also help the evaporation process with dehumidifiers and fans to increase air movement. 

 Air Movement - is increased by air movers to force air throughout the building and into wall cavities,  to increase the rate of evaporation. 

Temperature - Air temperature is an important factor when drying water damage. The preferred range to dry a building is 70 to 90 degrees, SERVPRO of Woodland Hills uses the HVAC system if available.  If not, space heaters are brought in to raise the temperature of the building.
